WEEK 5 - Hottset, Coldest

Welcome to Week 4 Greetings parents, I trust that you have all had a fantastic week. This week we wrote our second quiz and it looks like the students were more prepared and they really did a good job. Please keep on supporting them and encouraging them at home. They got this! This upcoming week will be a short one and we have a writing task that will be sent home today. This is the first draft and it is due next Thursday 10/2, parents please ensure that the students complete it on time and AI assistance is highly prohibited . I encourage them to do research so that they can write by themselves.  On Thursday 10/2 we are writing the second unit test and the structure will be similar as the previous test.  Welcome to Week 4 Greetings parents, I trust that you have all had a fantastic week. The A1 class has had a very challenging week this past week with our first unit test. I hope that they have learned from any mistakes and know now what to study and focus on in preparation for the assessments going forward. Our next quiz will be on Thursday 9/25 and I know every one will improve from last time (if they follow their plans that they jotted down on the essay during the weekend). I trust that they have reflected and are now ready to face A1 challenges!  Please find attached below support material for this week. Thank you! WELCOME TO A NEW SCHOOL YEAR! Hello students and parents! I am so excited to welcome you to a brand new school year in Grade 4! My name is Teacher Sne, and I am thrilled to be your new teacher. This year is going to be full of learning, fun, and exciting adventures in our classroom. A little bit about me: I am from South Africa and I love reading, music, coffee, traveling and outdoor activities like going to the beach and hiking. I believe that learning should be fun and that every student can achieve amazing things when we work together. Parents, I look forward to partnering with you to help your child grow and succeed. Students, get ready to explore new ideas, make new friends, and discover your own talents. Our classroom will be a place where everyone feels safe, happy, and inspired to learn. Let’s make this school year unforgettable! I can’t wait to get our journey together started! Teacher Sne.
