Final Exam Review

Dear parents and students,


Please find attached below the materials that will assist you in preparing for the upcoming final exams.


I have also included our past quizzes, tests and review games played in class, just in case you would like to use them as reference and for review.
 
Oral Exam Details

The oral test will be reading aloud which includes the three short stories before our "main stories". These stories can be found on the following pages: 261; 295; and 401 in the Reading Street book. Students are encouraged to practice these short readings. Only one reading out of the three will be randomly assigned to each student to read aloud in front of the class. Please make sure that you are audible when reading and look up to the class not down all the time. 

Listening & Written Exam Details
 
Please refer to the scope and dedicate enough time to study and prepare for the listening and written exams. An exam review worksheet has been assigned and we will be completing it in class by sections.

OTHER REMINDERS: SAVVAS ASSIGNMENTS DUE DATE 1/22

SENSAY ACTIVITIES: Please make sure you complete these in time as they count towards the final score!

Week 2 - Basketball

WEEK 5 - Hottset, Coldest

    Welcome to Week 4 Greetings parents, I trust that you have all had a fantastic week. This week we wrote our second quiz and it looks like the students were more prepared and they really did a good job. Please keep on supporting them and encouraging them at home. They got this! This upcoming week will be a short one and we have a writing task that will be sent home today. This is the first draft and it is due next Thursday 10/2, parents please ensure that the students complete it on time and AI assistance is highly prohibited . I encourage them to do research so that they can write by themselves.  On Thursday 10/2 we are writing the second unit test and the structure will be similar as the previous test. Please study the vocabulary and learn the correct spelling of the words. Also learn the definitions and understand them.
